Sharon Clayton
Sharon Clayton is the Chairman of the Company's Management Board and is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MCC. She is also the Vice President of Equus and serves as a director of Tersus Energy Plc, a former controlled subsidiary of MCC that specializes in acquiring and developing clean energy products and services and is traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Prior to establishing MCC with Mr. Moore in 1999, she owned Presentations, an international strategic consulting firm. The firm specialized in working with senior executives to set strategy, formulate business planning and implement strategies for emerging and established companies such as New Energy, Inc. (previously New Energy Ventures, Inc.) and Pacific Gas and Electric Corporation. Prior to launching Presentations, Sharon was the International Vice President of Business Development for Dimax Controls Company, Inc., a multi-national energy engineering company based in Toronto, Ontario from 1993 to 1995. She also held the position of Director of Business Development for the financial services and commercial real estate industries at Johnson Controls, Inc. from 1989 to 1990. This international position has given her access to some of the most senior level executives in the energy, banking and commercial real estate industries worldwide. Ken Denos
Mr. Denos is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, serving in this capacity since March, 2006. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Equus Total Return, Inc. (NYSE: EQS), a closed-end fund traded on the New York Stock Exchange as a business development company with $93 million in net assets under management. Prior to serving as CEO of MCC, he was its Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2001-2006, and managed MCC's portfolio of small-cap investments as well as heading the international mergers and acquisitions team. For the past decade, Mr. Denos has served as a director or principal for several small-cap public companies on the London AIM and the OTC Bulletin Board, and has worked closely with many public and private emerging growth companies in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Ethan Weyand
Ethan Weyand is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining MCC, Mr. Weyand held a controllership position with Lexington Law Firm, one of the largest credit repair companies in the United States. He was formerly the financial controller of Interline Resources Corp (OTC: IRCE.PK), a company involved with crude oil gathering and natural gas processing in the Rocky Mountains. He has worked in public accounting throughout the Western United States with the firms Grant Thornton and BDO Seidman. Anthony Moore
Anthony Moore is the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board and is a co-founder and Executive Chairman of MCC (Mr. Moore will resign from the office of Executive Chairman upon the Closing). He is also co-Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Equus. From 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Moore was Deputy Chairman of Tersus Energy Plc, a former controlled subsidiary of MCC that specializes in acquiring and developing clean energy products and services and is traded on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Prior to co-founding MCC, from 1998 to 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Energy Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of New Energy Inc. (previously New Energy Ventures, Inc.), which was at the time a substantial deregulated energy services provider in the US. Mr. Moore spent a number of years with Goldman Sachs holding senior executive positions in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. He was subsequently a member of the board of directors of Bankers Trust International and chairman of corporate finance at Barclays de Zoete Wedd. Andrew Milne
Andrew Milne is a Supervisory Director of the Company. He also has been an investor in property in Spain and South Africa since 2003. He previously managed family investment holdings and related interests from 2000 to 2003. From 1985 to 2000, he was the manager of the private investment company based in Liechtenstein, Etablissement Pour le Placement Prive. He provided investment management advice and consultancy services, with particular emphasis on Middle Eastern clients including members of the Gulf Co-operation Council. Mr. Milne was a finance director at two companies: Bentley's Restaurants & Leisure Investments from 1982 to 1985 and Dolamore Holding plc from 1980 to 1982. He served in the Investment Department and Banking, from 1976 to 1980, at Kleinwort Benson UK. He started his career at Price Waterhouse in 1970 and remained with the company for five years. Gunther v.d. Schulenburg
Gunther v.d. Schulenburg is a Supervisory Director of the Company. He was closely involved in MCC Global's assignment to advise the City of Wolfsburg and Volkswagen on the development of the very successful Innovations Campus Wolfsburg at the turn of the millennium. From 1998 to 2001, he was the founding partner of 1:1 Event Marketing Agency in Wolfsburg.
Gunther v.d. Schulenburg has been the Art Director of the "Soli Deo Gloria", baroque music festival in Braunschweig since 2006 Italian baroque music festival in Berlin for 2008/2009. He currently owns and manages a family estate in northern Germany.

Pierre has dedicated his entire career to creating and developing companies in the sports industry. He is currently President of Club de Hockey Canadien and l'Arena des Canadien Inc., a company which operates the Bell Centre and the Gillett Entertainment Group. [Top]
Bob Bozeman
Bob is General Partner for Angel Investors, LP (Funds I and II). He advises many emerging and established companies and funds in San Francisco (i.e.: N8 and Industrial Origami) having spent his early career as a High-Technology Senior Executive for large companies and start-ups in Silicon Valley. Vernon Sankey
Vernon was Chairman of Thomson Travel Group PLC and Group Chief Executive of Reckitt and Colman plc. He is a member of many boards, including Chariman of Gala Group holdings, PLC and Cofra AG. [Top]
Grahame Cook
Graham was Head of Investment Banking and Private Equity at WestLB from 2001-2003. Prior to that he was a Director of Corporate Finance at BZW (1990-1995) and was at Baring Brothers and Co Limited from 1986 to 1989. [Top]

Tom is an investment banker and financial consultant with extensive investment, management and international business experience, having been CEO of several investment companies including the privately owned Hamilton Investment Group. [Top]
Malcom Coster
Malcolm has over 35 years experience of building successful businesses in IT and technology. Previously held a senior management position in BP, Partner and later rose to become Head of Management Consulting at Coopers and Lybrand . A former President of Unisys Europe he is currently also Chairman of MTL Instruments Group PLC and a director of BTG PLC and the Performing Right Society. Non-executive Chairman in March 2005. [Top]
Nils Trulsvik
A petroleum explorationist who has worked on assignments all over the world for Nopec. He served as Managing Director of Fountain Oil Inc., US-listed public oil and gas company that merged with Canargo Energy Corporation in 1998. He is currently CEO of Force Petroleum Ltd. [Top]
Walter Courage
Walter joined the Army from The Royal Military Academy in 1961 and reached the rank of Major General. In 1996 he joined an international investigative business as a Director and then became the Director of Business Development for The Risk Advisory Group (TRAG). [Top]
Efraim Sagie

Eric Mafuna
Eric Mafuna is a Senior Specialist Consultant and part of the Executive Management Team for The African Leadership Group and is also a Partner at Wisdom Keys, Johannesburg, and leadership development. He is widely known for his involvement in the formation of black development and professional organisations and has close connections to the Black Management Forum and the National Black Business Caucus.
